Health Diet to Lowering High Cholesterol


High cholesterol is a risk factor of various diseases related to blood vessels. Like usual the daily menu, vegetables and fruits need to consumed in adequate amount. High-fiber diet will also lower LDL levels.
Lifestyle changes
Stop consuming alcohol and smoking both are not good for people with high cholesterol. Regular exercise will help reduce levels of bad cholesterol and improve overall health.
